At Hartland Tool & Design, we build our products to last. If something goes wrong that falls under our warranty, we’ll get a replacement out to you.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Breaks or failures during normal use

  • Damage caused during shipping

 

What’s Not Covered

  • Issues caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect performance

 

Shipping Costs

  • U.S. customers: We cover shipping on approved warranty claims.

  • International customers: Shipping costs for replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How to Submit a Claim

Visit our warranty claim page or email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of what happened. If you haven’t registered your product yet, you’ll need to complete the warranty registration before submitting a claim. We’ll review everything and follow up with next steps as soon as possible.
